Giving Thanks - Any Time
By Michael Webb
What is your favorite meal of the year? Mine is Thanksgiving. Why is it that most of us only have the traditional Thanksgiving food during the third and fourth weeks of November? In North America, turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and all the other usual trimmings are available twelve months out of the year.
This year I am determined to have my Thanksgiving meal some time other than in November. What does this have to do with romance, you might be asking? Well, if your man or woman likes turkey and stuffing half as much I do, they would consider it a really, really special occasion if you went all out to prepare the turkey feast. While you're at it, bring out the good china and crystal for this meal. Make a pumpkin pie. Light the candles. Do just about everything you would normally do on Thanksgiving Day, especially showing your thanks to the love of your life.
Of course, you can use this idea for any other holiday that your dear heart cherishes.
